Despite fire, evacuation and several venues the 21st Combat Stress Conference was a tremendous success ! ! ! ! !

MAY 14TH 2014 --- The San diego UNION-TRIBUNE ran this article about the conference.

The fire in carlsbad resulted in us moving the conference to a near by location since the Tri-City Wellness Center was evacuated at about 10:45 AM. THE FLAMES WERE ABOUT 1 BLOCK AWAY AND QUICKLY HEADING OUR WAY. WE WENT TO AN ALTERNATE LOCATION AND HAD TO MOVE WHEN THAT AREA WAS EVACUATED. AFTER ANOTHER STOP WE HEADED EAST IN A CONVOY AND FINALLY REACHED A SAFE DESTINATION TO FINISH THE WORKSHOP SCHEDULED FOR THE DAY.

YOU CAN LITERALLY SAY OUR GROUP WAS UNDER FIRE MOST OF THE DAY BUT EVERYONE WAS GREAT AND COMPLETED THE DAYS TRAINING.

Register now (limited seating):
