The 12th Annual Tri-Service Combat Stress Conference will be held 1 - 6 May, 2004 at Camp Pendleton, California.
The conference segment will be held 1-2 May and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certification courses will be on 3-4 May and 5-6 May.
The conference will be held at the San Luis Rey Officers Club (which was featured in the Clint Eastwood film, "Heartbreak Ridge").
Accomodations (BOQ) are ocean front, many with ocean views.
Meals at the San Luis Rey Officers Club are excellent and reasonably priced.
